HAIR MINERAL ANALYSIS...THE OWNER'S MANUAL FOR YOUR PHYSICAL BODY.

By Dr. William Risley Sr.

In my work with Analytical Research Laboratories, I have access to over 1/2 million hair analysis tests done on patients from every country in the world, every race and ethnic background, most of which have been submitted with established diagnoses from all types of physicians. I am continually impressed by the incredible value of this test in assessing the patient's health conditions. Of late, in response to patient's inquiries, I state with no little emphasis, that an analysis of your hair can provide an accurate and far reaching assessment of your health status, and provide the direction that you must take to solve your abnormal readings. Whether patient cooperation is sufficient or whether your body will get well, are two factors that we cannot predict. Our results are generally dramatic, yet no one in the healing arts has been able to state categorically that any patient will get well.

My experience has been that a hair test is more reliable than blood and urine in many if not most health dilemmas, although blood and urine have their strong points. Ordinary lab tests are more effective when the patient is manifesting symptoms of disease, whereas a hair test can frequently predict a health problem years in advance. Even more important, the hair test can monitor the results of your elected treatment procedure, when the treatment is failing or succeeding. Patients have been known to suddenly die with a perfect blood and urine profile, and such is rarely the case with a normal hair analysis..

Through the brilliance of Dr. Paul Eck and his research, this painless and non-invasive test is nothing short of remarkable in its ability to suggest areas of the body in need of repair or preventive maintenance. It should be your owner's manual

The laboratory utilizes what are called research associations. Someone years ago, found that patients that die of coronary artery occlusions, also tended to have elevated cholesterol in their blood tests. That became a "research association," which stated in essence that high blood cholesterol patients are more likely to have coronary artery blockages. The association is correct. What has not been proven, however, is that eating cholesterol causes high blood levels of the substances. The famous Framingham Heart Study found that patients that ate tons of high fat food demonstrated no link to high levels of fat in their bloodstream, which is a theme for a future article.

Analytical Labs has found the following "research associations"
Hair mineral ratio of: When disturbed suggests:
Calcium to Magnesium Diabetes or low blood sugar
Calcium to potassium Thyroid involvement
Sodium to potassium Adrenal glands, blood pressure, immune system
Sodium to magnesium Adrenal glands, blood pressure, immune system
Zinc to copper Sexual hormone problems, prostate, ovaries, etc.
Calcium to phosphorous Protein use, tissue destruction, etc.

When these ratios are abnormal, the patient is sick with the associated conditions, however early or however minor the condition may be at the time of the test. When these ratios are normal, the patient commonly is free of sickness involving these associated conditions. You and I, and your doctor, now have "normal" goals to shoot for, and no longer have to guess at what vitamins or minerals-or even drugs, to take to get well. To establish a definitive diagnosis, your doctor now has a better direction to go in, saving potential, pain, time and money.
